Senior Project Manager

MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions (“MacMiller”) is the Northwest’s leading mechanical contracting firm, designing, delivering, and servicing HVAC, plumbing, and automation system solutions for commercial buildings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful execution of large-scale construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee project financials, schedules, risks, and personnel
• Schedule, monitor, and communicate project progress to project teams
• Review design documents, identify risks, and manage change orders
• Develop staffing plans and effectively allocate resources
• Manage project financial performance, including labor forecasting, cost tracking, and billing
• Build and maintain relationships with General Contractors, owners, and stakeholders
• Direct, mentor, and develop Project Engineers

Requirements

• 6+ years of project management experience in the mechanical construction industry
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting
• Experience leading project teams and mentoring junior staff
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent industry experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing healthcare, data center, or other complex mission-critical construction projects
