Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful execution of large-scale mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee project financials, including labor forecasting, cost tracking, billing, and subcontract administration
• Manage project schedules, monitor progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Review design documents, identify risks, and manage change orders
• Develop staffing plans and effectively allocate resources to support project success
• Build and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors, owners, and project stakeholders
• Direct, mentor, and develop Project Engineers to support their career growth

Requirements

• 6+ years of project management experience in the mechanical construction industry
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to customer expectations
• Strong financial acumen regarding budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration
• Experience leading project teams and mentoring junior staff
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing healthcare, data center, or other complex mission-critical construction projects
