Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead project initiation activities, including planning, team setup, and defining delivery approach and governance structures.
• Build and scale project teams by supporting hiring activities in collaboration with recruitment teams and business stakeholders.
• Drive onboarding processes for new team members to ensure effective integration into project objectives and company culture.
• Establish and continuously improve team processes, communication models, and Agile practices.
• Act as a key coordination point between business stakeholders, management, delivery teams, and external partners.
• Ensure proper project planning, staffing, resource allocation, and readiness for successful execution.
• Identify organizational risks and dependencies and proactively address project setup challenges.
• Foster a collaborative environment focused on transparency, ownership, and team engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Coordinator.
• Strong experience launching projects from inception and setting up delivery organizations from scratch.
• Proven experience building, scaling, and onboarding cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting hiring processes, including recruitment activities and workforce planning.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and project delivery methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Strong people management and team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of the Capital Markets domain.
• Proficiency in English (C1 Advanced level).

• Knowledge of recruitment systems and talent acquisition workflows.
