Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire New Product Development (NPD) process, from engineering design and exploration to mass production.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead global, cross-functional technical teams and factory members to ensure product launch deliverables meet schedule, cost, and quality targets.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve technical bottlenecks and optimize BOM costs.
• Manage the transition from prototype and pilot builds to full-scale volume production.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and updates to senior management and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience within the consumer electronics, digital/mobile devices, or accessories industry.
• Proven track record of managing new product development in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management Standards and Methodologies from concept through commercialization.
• Proficiency in project management tools including MS Project, WBS, R&R, Risk analysis, and critical path analysis.
• Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent time management, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills.

• Strong business sense with an understanding of internal customer needs and business unit targets.
• Experience working closely with Global Product Managers and Engineering teams in a manufacturing setting.
