Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project workflows, including scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate collaboration and decision-making across global stakeholders in Creative, Design, Product Marketing, and Engineering.
• Manage project visibility through dashboards, weekly updates, and real-time progress tracking.
• Resolve resource-related conflicts, deadline pressures, and priority differences between functional leads.
• Map and continuously refine workflows to align with strategic organizational objectives.
• Leverage AI tools and agents to automate tasks and optimize team productivity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end workflow management within a high-volume, multi-project environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence timelines and objectives.
• Expertise in conflict resolution and consensus-building across diverse, global teams.
• Proficiency with AI tools and the ability to integrate them into professional workflows.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to data and project tracking.
• Ability to translate complex project challenges into clear, actionable options for leadership.
