Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Direct all project phases including engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning/start-up.
• Manage project execution with a focus on maintaining or improving as-sold profit levels.
• Lead project teams and facilitate communication among functional representatives.
• Track project progress against schedule, budget, and phase gate review objectives.
• Develop and implement recovery plans for off-schedule or unanticipated occurrences.
• Review and approve key project documents such as P&IDs, Plot Plans, and Operating Manuals.
• Maintain a temporary assignment (2-3 years) at a major semiconductor customer site in Phoenix, AZ.

Requirements

• BS / BA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of industrial-related project management experience.
• General understanding of contract administration, business principles, and business law.
• Broad understanding of various engineering disciplines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other discipline-specific software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) environment.
