Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring accountability for scope, schedule, quality, and process.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Identify, analyze, and monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes in accordance with PMBOK standards.
• Coordinate project meetings, status reviews, and steering committee updates, providing clear reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
• Build and manage strong relationships across a highly matrixed organization to secure necessary staffing and support.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing processes, tools, and procedures to enhance delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, including successful execution of Agile projects.
• Proven leadership experience in fast-paced environments with frequent priority changes and aggressive timelines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate across all levels of an organization.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and scope process improvement opportunities using logic-based analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree.
• PMI certification.
• Agile certification (e.g., DAD or SAFe).
• Enterprise Change Management certification.
