Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful delivery of large-scale building facilities and construction projects
• Drive business growth by expanding service offerings within existing client accounts
• Champion communication with clients and promote a client partner culture in collaboration with business development teams
• Sponsor business development pursuits, including the development and review of proposals and estimates
• Monitor project performance using key metrics such as financial health, schedule adherence, and risk management
• Manage project financial performance, including revenue delivery and achieved gain
• Collaborate on business planning and market strategy development
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and subcontractors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field of engineering or equivalent experience and education
• 10+ years of experience in large-scale vertical building leadership (Construction, Estimating, Design, Operations, or Development)
• 5+ years of management experience leading construction teams, pre-construction efforts, or business development
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards applicable to the vertical building industry
• Demonstrated experience in managing and developing client relationships
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required to meet project deadlines
