Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide thoughtful leadership on assigned projects from tender stage through to successful delivery
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders while understanding their goals and expectations
• Mentor and empower project teams to deliver exceptional results
• Manage project budgets, timescales, and resources with careful attention to detail
• Identify creative solutions to technical and logistical challenges that arise on projects

Requirements

• Significant experience guiding construction projects of substantial value from pre-construction to delivery
• Expert knowledge of NEC and JCT contract conditions
• Relevant construction qualification at Degree level or equivalent
• Membership to a professional body such as CIOB or ICE
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
