Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from tender stage through to successful completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
• Manage and mentor site teams, providing guidance and support to help them perform at their best
• Build excellent working relationships with clients, acting as their key point of contact
• Oversee project budgets, programmes, and performance, keeping stakeholders informed of progress
• Identify solutions to technical and logistical challenges, ensuring quality standards are met

Requirements

• Substantial experience leading high-value construction projects from pre-construction to delivery
• Skilled at managing project budgets, programmes, and teams effectively
• Strong communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships at all levels
• Expert knowledge of NEC and JCT contract conditions
• Relevant construction qualification (degree level or equivalent)
• Professional membership (e.g. CIOB/ICE)
