Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects
• Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets
• Proactively manage project risks, issues, and changes using agile and waterfall methodologies
• Implement quality assurance processes and monitor project performance
• Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams while resolving conflicts
• Develop and implement communication plans to engage stakeholders and act as primary client contact
• Establish project governance frameworks, standards, and best practices
• Oversee handover of deliverables, acceptance, and post-project evaluations

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years in Project Management
• Proven track record managing Governmental projects
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is required
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
