Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute JRM operational and safety programs across assigned projects
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and design teams
• Lead pre-construction efforts including scheduling, site logistics, and value engineering
• Manage project procurement, bid packages, and subcontract negotiations
• Oversee shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and construction coordination
• Accountable for project performance, including schedule, cost control, and financial forecasting
• Maintain relationships with designers, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors
• Lead project meetings and ensure detailed documentation protocols

Requirements

• Proven record leading projects with $80M aggregate or $120M single volume
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Core & Shell construction with completed interiors
• Experience building concrete hi-rise properties valued between $50M - $150M
• Working knowledge of construction disciplines, union agreements, and safety regulations
• 30-Hour OSHA certification
• 4-Hour Supported Scaffold User Certificate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project/Primavera P6, and Bluebeam
