Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple cybersecurity projects and programs from initiation through closure
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests while implementing effective mitigation plans
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, contractual obligations, and client expectations
• Monitor project financial performance, including budget management, forecasting, and profitability
• Coordinate with internal departments, partners, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution
• Mentor and support junior project managers and project team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in Cybersecurity or IT
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and technologies to enhance project planning, reporting, and productivity
