Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects simultaneously across departments, delivering on time, within scope, and on budget
• Own end-to-end project delivery including planning, solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management
• Analyze workflows and business processes to identify inefficiencies and translate them into actionable requirements
• Drive process improvements through process modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis
• Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in
• Coordinate cross-functional teams on the integration of systems, processes, and technology solutions
• Manage stakeholder alignment through requirements gathering, progress updates, and expectation management

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience
• Background in Business Analysis or Product Management
• Proven track record of improving business processes and implementing changes into products or operations
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across business and technical stakeholders
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing AI into products or processes with measurable results
• Proficiency in no-code/low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, or Bolt
