Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects across varied scopes and disciplines, meeting agreed success criteria
• Define project scope and assist with business case preparation and funding approvals
• Engage with all relevant parties to capture inputs, restrictions, approvals and requirements
• Manage tender preparation, bid analysis, and contract awards for consultants and contractors
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, process payments, and manage changes
• Control site activities for safe and compliant delivery in collaboration with consultants and safety advisors
• Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize issues
• Maintain quality standards across design and construction phases

Requirements

• Proven track record in designing and delivering construction projects, especially within the water sector
• Understanding of waste water treatment plant + systems
• Skilled in contractor management and contract administration (NEC)
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently across all lifecycle stages
• Strong communication and consultation skills
• Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft 365 Apps
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
