Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex, multi-workstream learning and content development programs through their full lifecycle.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans, dependencies, and critical paths using Microsoft Project.
• Define scope, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Manage resource optimization and capacity planning across multiple concurrent programs.
• Serve as the primary delivery lead for internal and client stakeholders, leading governance forums and executive updates.
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks and delivery bottlenecks.
• Oversee budget tracking, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure all deliverables meet defined learning objectives and quality standards.
• Mentor junior project managers and champion best practices in delivery excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 7+ years of project management experience, ideally within eLearning, training, or content development environments.
• Advanced, hands-on expertise in Microsoft Project.
• Proven experience leading large programs with cross-functional teams of 15 to 25+ contributors.
• Strong command of scope management, scheduling, financial tracking, and risk management.
• Excellent organization, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Noida, India.
