Senior Project Manager - Industrial Construction

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to prevent schedule slips
• Ensure effective project governance, processes, and systems are utilized across all projects
• Monitor progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure design standards are met
• Manage the interface between suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews
• Forecast and update key project milestones and budgets
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors, and regional stakeholders
• Respond rapidly to RFIs from the field and provide expertise in cost control and value engineering
• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with clients to maximize new opportunities
• Identify ways to improve internal systems and processes through continuous knowledge management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field
• Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to work collaboratively
• Effective presentation and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Procore
• Experience with construction project management tools
