Senior Project Manager I

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of IT projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
• Develop detailed project plans encompassing timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project execution.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance, specifically regarding application development and cloud migration efforts.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and perform risk management to minimize project threats.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a preference for application development or system migration projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse project teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE II certification.
• Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master) or proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience managing projects related to ERP (SAP) or CRM systems.
