Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex digital transformation projects or multiple mid-size projects simultaneously using cross-functional teams.
• Consult on delivery strategies, including frameworks, tools, and processes, while driving Agile and product delivery methods.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, managing scope, constraints, risks, and dependencies.
• Proactively manage project budgets, monitoring weekly burn and velocity to ensure profitability and accurate revenue forecasting.
• Identify project risks and build mitigation plans using RAID logs to ensure successful delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and serving as a trusted delivery consultant.
• Lead globally distributed teams of designers, strategists, and technologists to achieve client objectives.
• Mentor junior program managers and participate in initiatives to mature the internal delivery practice.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading digital projects or programs.
• Minimum of 2 years of agency or consultancy experience.
• Expertise in Smartsheet and the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).
• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Deep expertise in leveraging technologies such as CMS, CRM, and CDP (e.g., Sitecore, Salesforce).
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing project margins and budgets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Professional certifications in Agile methodologies, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP.
• 5+ years of agency/consultancy experience.
