Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead site selection, evaluation, and lease execution for industrial facilities
• Manage A/E firms and design-build contractors through design and construction phases
• Serve as Owner's Representative for construction activities, including budget and schedule tracking
• Oversee MEP scope and facility fit-out for radiological and classified operations
• Coordinate with regulatory teams to ensure facility compliance with license conditions
• Drive commissioning, punch-list closure, and occupancy certification

Requirements

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture
• 5+ years of construction project management or Owner's Representative experience
• Experience with specialized laboratory, industrial, or controlled-environment facilities
• Proficiency with project management tools like Primavera P6, MS Project, or Wrike
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
• Experience managing capital project budgets and MEP systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with radiological, nuclear, or cleanroom construction
• Familiarity with HEPA filtration and negative-pressure ventilation
• Experience with classified area construction (SCIFs)
• PMP or CCM certification
• OSHA 30 certification
