Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Chief Operating Officer and Group Head of Operational Projects in driving new finance projects to ensure efficient and timely completion.
• Assist the Finance department with the maintenance of implemented financial tools.
• Support ad hoc projects and the enhancement of firm tools to meet staff and client requirements.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure projects positively contribute to stakeholder working practices.
• Develop and update standard operating procedures and guidelines for financial and operational activities.
• Review working practices to identify successes and recommend alternative solutions or process improvements.
• Provide administrative support to the Group Head of Operational Projects.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in IT, business administration, project management, or a similar discipline.
• 5+ years of project management and delivery experience within corporate environments.
• Experience working with finance teams and financial systems, including a basic understanding of accounts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM).
• Superior written and verbal English communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to foresee and prevent potential problems.
• Proven track record of improving the quality of business processes and practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or an advanced degree in a relevant field.
