Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of gas-fired power generation projects from FEED through EPC and COD
• Act as single point of responsibility for scope, schedule, cost, and risk management
• Manage and coordinate FEED contractor and Owner’s Engineer activities
• Drive design maturity through 30/60/90% reviews to achieve construction-ready packages
• Establish and manage project schedules, cost tracking, and risk registers
• Implement reporting and governance processes for executive-level visibility

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• 10+ years of experience in power generation project execution
• Demonstrated experience managing FEED and EPC phases of large-scale energy projects
• Strong knowledge of natural gas–fired generation technologies (GT, CC, RICE)
• Experience managing EPC contractors and Owner’s Engineer relationships
• Proven track record of delivering projects exceeding $100M
• Must be located in Houston

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with power solutions for data centers or mission-critical infrastructure
• Familiarity with air permitting and environmental regulations
• Experience with hybrid systems including BESS and renewables integration
• PMP or similar project management certification
