Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality
• Oversee multiple Project Manager teams and manage team member task assignments
• Track the progress of multiple construction projects through reports, meetings, and site visits
• Provide guidance and advice to team members to resolve technical issues and questions
• Oversee the preparation of change orders and time extension requests
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure overall satisfaction
• Prepare and track project budgets, financial reports, and regular status updates
• Report directly to the Vice President of Construction

Requirements

• 4-year or higher college degree
• Minimum of 5 years of Federal construction experience
• Proficiency in Primavera P6
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows environments

Preferred Qualifications

• 10 years of management experience
