Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Support bid development through constructability reviews, work sequencing, and resource planning
• Lead industrial construction and turnaround projects from award through closeout
• Manage project scope, specifications, safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets
• Develop and maintain project plans including execution, materials, subcontractor, and change management plans
• Capture lessons learned to improve future estimating and risk management

Requirements

• 7+ years of industrial construction experience in project management, controls, estimating, or operations
• Strong understanding of construction execution, workforce planning, and contract administration
• Proven experience managing project cost, schedule, risk, and client relationships
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and forecasting practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or Business
