Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Champion and execute client delivery and service processes to manage complex business and IT initiatives
• Develop strong client relationships and identify opportunities to support their business objectives
• Ensure alignment with key organizational partners including leadership, sales, marketing, operations, finance, and legal
• Identify improvement opportunities to gain efficiencies in project methodologies, deliverables, reporting, and training
• Evaluate client business requirements and desired outcomes to implement effective solutions
• Lead the compilation of project requirements and advocate for the voice of the customer to ensure end-to-end satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business and IT program and project management
• Proven success in effectively driving project delivery
• Working understanding of business financial practices and accounting
• Strong experience in data-driven management, metrics, and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry
• Operational consulting experience
• Ability to understand complex business and technical concepts and make balanced judgments regarding trade-offs
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build consensus
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for interacting with stakeholders from technical levels to C-suite executives
• Strong thought leadership and the ability to influence others through collaborative efforts
