Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage financial, schedule, quality, and safety objectives for large or multiple projects
• Oversee contract administration, scheduling, planning, and cost control
• Coordinate with Superintendents regarding labor, equipment, subcontractors, and material suppliers
• Develop and mentor Project Managers and Project Engineers
• Manage project billing, collections, and subcontractor payment approvals
• Lead claim and change order activities, including negotiation and processing
• Ensure project budgets are properly set up and monitored through monthly forecasts
• Maintain professional relationships with owners, subcontractors, and vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent work experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to perform in high-stress situations
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
• Ability to navigate construction sites and work in diverse field conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Design-Build experience
• Minimum of ten years field experience in Demolition, Heavy Civil, Heavy Highway, or Marine/Pile Driving construction
• Extensive experience in project budget and schedule management
• Experience in estimating
• Proficiency with P6, Suretrak, and HCSS
• Strong oral presentation skills for client interaction
