Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute sales operations and customer service activities, including order entry, amendments, and inquiry management.
• Drive process transformation by identifying gaps and implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Champion AI and automation enablement by identifying, testing, and deploying AI-driven solutions to optimize workflows.
• Analyze complex datasets to prepare actionable reports and executive-level dashboards using advanced analytics tools.
• Partner with regional customer service teams and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve escalations and clarify requirements.
• Lead change management efforts for new systems and tools, ensuring successful adoption and comprehensive process documentation.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to internal policies, data governance standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in customer service or sales operations, preferably within the technology or semiconductor industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in Oracle ERP and Salesforce.
• Strong experience with analytics platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Python.
• Proven track record of implementing AI-driven process improvements and automation in complex environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence diverse global teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver insights to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service within B2B organizations.
• Hands-on experience with digital automation tools, RPA platforms, or HubSpot.
• Knowledge of forecasting, supply/demand changes, RMA, and export compliance.
• Relevant professional certifications such as Six Sigma, Lean, or PMP.
