Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery and management of complex, technical, strategic, and creative projects
• Develop and manage project timelines, estimates, risk registers, and communication plans
• Lead estimation processes, project budgets, and staff plan parameters
• Facilitate monthly billing, financial forecasting, and analysis in partnership with Finance and Account teams
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project-level and program-level risks
• Manage project staff needs and resource plans
• Resolve conflicts regarding scope, schedule, resources, budget, and quality
• Ensure all project artifacts are properly stored within enterprise systems like Workfront or TFS
• Mentor and support training for Account Managers and Marketing Coordinators

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a PMO role
• Experience leading delivery of complex technology, strategy, and creative projects
• Proficiency with Project Management Information Systems such as Workfront, Smartsheet, or MS Project
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
• Excellent scope and change management tracking skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical or advertising experience (AOR or DAOR)
• Experience with product launch processes
