Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive full lifecycle delivery and management of specialized MedComm projects including medical presentations and advisory board materials
• Act as the primary hands-on PM for the team, managing daily project operations independently
• Oversee project budgets, burn rates, and staff plan parameters
• Develop and manage project timelines, risk registers, and communication plans
• Partner with Account Services and Medical teams to facilitate workflows and ensure scientific accuracy
• Develop financial forecasts and facilitate monthly billing and SOW development
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project-level risks
• Ensure all project artifacts are properly stored within enterprise systems like Workfront

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
• 3-5 years of experience in a PMO role within an agency environment
• Experience in MedComm, pharmaceutical, or healthcare agencies preferred
• Proven expertise in delivering complex agency projects and managing data-heavy deliverables
• Strong financial acumen regarding project forecasting and burn analysis
• Proficiency with Project Management Information Systems such as Workfront, Smartsheet, or MS Project
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
