Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive full lifecycle delivery of specialized MedComm projects, including medical presentations, advisory board materials, and scientific training decks.
• Act as the primary hands-on project manager, proactively managing daily operations, timelines, and risk registers.
• Oversee project budgets and burn rates, leading the estimation process and providing staff plan parameters.
• Partner with Account Services and Medical/Scientific teams to facilitate workflows and ensure scientific accuracy.
• Develop financial forecasts and facilitate monthly billing and SOW/change order development.
• Ensure all project artifacts are properly maintained within enterprise systems like Workfront.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a PMO role within an agency environment.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with project forecasting and burn analysis.
• Proficiency with Project Management Information Systems such as Workfront or Smartsheet.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to manage complex, data-heavy deliverables and rigorous review processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically within MedComm, pharmaceutical, or healthcare agencies.
• Familiarity with MLR (Medical/Legal/Regulatory) review cycles.
