Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead construction and real estate projects through the entire building process
• Ensure time, budget, and quality in every project
• Act as a strategic support and driving force for the client
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders
• Work with municipalities and public actors with an understanding of LOU (Public Procurement Act)
• Hold personnel and financial responsibility with direct reporting to the CEO

Requirements

• Several years of project management experience within the construction or real estate industry
• Experience working in large or complex construction projects
• Experience with assignments for public clients and knowledge of LOU
• Structured, confident, and accustomed to taking responsibility
• Ability to build trust with both clients and project teams
• Valid B-driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Background from the contracting side or as a consultant
• Control responsibility according to PBL
• Inspection competence
• Moisture expert certification
• Shelter expert competence
• Accessibility expert competence
