Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate all activities for assigned multi-family podium-style construction projects
• Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, costs, progress, and forecasts
• Establish and execute project work plans and maintain communication with clients and stakeholders
• Prepare pay applications, RFIs, Purchase Orders, Submittals, Change Orders, and Claims
• Coordinate resource allocation with Project Engineers and Superintendents
• Review drawings and specifications for constructability, completeness, and accuracy
• Supervise Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Foremen while enforcing safety policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the multi-family sector (ideally 50-200 units)
• Proficiency in ProCore, Primavera P6, BlueBeam, and Microsoft Office (MS Project, Excel)
• Strong understanding of industry practices, drawings, specifications, and subcontractor documents
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
