Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Forecast resource needs and secure required permits and approvals
• Prepare, review, and manage project budgets and cost estimates
• Oversee project costs to ensure alignment with budgets and contractual requirements
• Develop and maintain construction schedules
• Ensure all work meets applicable building codes, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Select, contract, and manage subcontractors and suppliers
• Lead and collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and subcontractors
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture
• 5–7 years of experience managing multi-family, mixed-use commercial new builds, remodels, and adaptive reuse projects
• Proven success leading projects of similar scope and scale (e.g., 400+ units)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of construction, engineering, and architectural principles
• In-depth knowledge of contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Procore, Autodesk, or Primavera
