Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of project management, including planning, execution, and closing of commercial construction projects
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Lead project teams in the coordination of tasks and manage communication among stakeholders, subcontractors, and consultants
• Review and analyze project contracts, proposals, and specifications for regulatory compliance
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, performance, and safety standards
• Resolve conflicts and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Prepare and present project performance reports to senior management and clients
• Implement best practices to optimize project delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 8-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and standards
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional leadership and analytical skills
