About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage medium-to-large internal projects for Corporate Marketing teams
- Build cross-functional relationships to understand project needs and communicate requirements
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful delivery
- Mitigate errors and risks by completing projects thoroughly and accurately
- Resolve complex problems and adapt to unexpected circumstances
- Proactively anticipate stakeholder needs and task requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- Proven success managing multiple simultaneous projects and deadlines
- Proficiency in developing project designs, work plans, budgets, and schedules
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PMI, or Prosci certifications
- Master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Experience with Adobe Workfront, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience, Adobe Target, Power BI, or Salesforce
- Knowledge of GIS/Esri products
