Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle from discovery to delivery, including problem definition, requirements gathering, prioritization, and release planning
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and ensure successful execution
• Serve as the primary communication bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Articulate product direction, priorities, timelines, and trade-offs to leadership
• Define, track, and analyze product success metrics to improve outcomes
• Support go-to-market planning in collaboration with commercial and operations teams
• Identify risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges early to proactively mitigate them
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to continuous process improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Development, or related fields
• At least 7 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically with complex digital products
• Strong technical foundation to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
• Experience in agile or iterative product development environments
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across cross-geography teams
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements
• Fluent English proficiency
• Ability to work under high pressure and manage competing priorities
