Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and programs offering engineering, testing, research, and training services to the railway industry
• Oversee rolling stock testing, vehicle/track component evaluations, and signal/communications testing
• Write test plans, test reports, and briefings
• Develop price quotes and manage project profit and loss
• Coordinate logistics and on-site activities
• Manage project teams, work assignments, and budgets
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• BS degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Experience in the railroad industry
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• Ability to safely climb a 15-foot ladder
• Ability to pass e-RAILSAFE security background check and online safety tests
• Ability to wear required safety equipment on railroad properties

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree or degree in a business or finance-related field
