Senior Project Manager - Engineering Solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer development process to win new business and cultivate long-term partnerships.
• Manage complex projects across the full product development lifecycle, including scope, budget, quality, and risk management.
• Drive financial excellence by utilizing business systems to accurately project revenue and opportunities.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product introduction.
• Mentor and develop the next generation of Plexus leaders.
• Identify strategic work-sharing opportunities across the international footprint to leverage global design expertise.
• Continuously evaluate and improve operational frameworks to increase efficiency and eliminate silos.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 8+ years of experience in engineering or project management.
• Technical understanding of at least one engineering discipline (e.g., analog, digital, mechanical, software, or PCB).
• Extensive knowledge of product development and realization processes.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to customer sites as required to maintain high-level partnerships.
