Senior Project Manager (E&M)

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of construction and workplace projects ensuring quality, cost, safety, and scheduling objectives are met
• Support the development of junior team members through guidance and technical knowledge sharing
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
• Manage the implementation of the master programme, including materials and long lead items
• Monitor progress and quality through regular updates and collaboration with site teams
• Oversee external consultants and multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
• Produce comprehensive project reports capturing updates, risks, decisions, and action items
• Manage the full procurement process for consultants including drafting scopes and negotiating contracts

Requirements

• Degree in Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial building E&M or data center related projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques
• Proven experience leading small to medium-sized construction projects
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Fluency in English
