Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic project structuring, governance, and development of Project Management Plans
• Establish and update master programmes and identify project milestones
• Manage key stakeholders and lead project meetings
• Produce project correspondence and formal/informal reports for clients
• Prepare tender documents and lead negotiations with contractors
• Conduct value engineering and risk review workshops
• Manage design teams and contractors to ensure contract requirements are fulfilled
• Monitor and report on project costs, professional fees, and invoices
• Mentor junior staff and support business development objectives

Requirements

• Degree level education or equivalent experience
• Membership in the Association of Project Managers (MAPM) or equivalent
• Demonstrable experience in buildings projects
• 5 years continuous employment within the UK (for security clearance purposes)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aviation projects
• NEC project management experience
