Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure construction project objectives are met by specified date and within budget
• Review project plans and specs to determine time frame, budget, and staffing requirements
• Establish work plan outlines and assign duties to staff
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure projects remain on schedule
• Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and solve problems
• Manage submittals, permits, close outs, and parts ordering
• Maintain responsibility for the financial success of projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Project Management or Estimating experience within the construction industry preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and Word
• Experience in fast-paced environments with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
