Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure construction project objectives are met by specified date and within budget
• Manage full lifecycle of external subcontractor partners including sourcing, onboarding, and performance management
• Review project plans and specs to determine time frame, budget, and staffing requirements
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budgeted scope
• Maintain responsibility for the financial success of projects

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience managing projects and budgets
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
• Proficiency with Windows-based programs, ERP/CRM systems, and Excel
• Experience with construction software such as Procore is highly preferred
• Valid Driver’s License and a good driving record
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
