Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead project management across assigned accounts, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment between client goals and internal workflows
• Optimize editorial and always-on social delivery workflows, including content planning, briefing, and publishing
• Build strong relationships across Client Services, Creative, Design, Production, and Media teams
• Create and manage project plans, scopes of work, timelines, and documentation
• Monitor account-level pacing, resources, and risks
• Mentor and guide Project Managers within the team
• Identify operational friction points and implement improvements to team workflows

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering editorial and always-on social programmes in an agency environment
• Extensive experience in a project management role within a creative, content, or media agency
• Track record of managing complex multi-discipline projects from planning to delivery
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing scopes, budgets, and forecasts
• Proficiency with project management and workflow tools, including Google Suite
• Experience managing integrated programmes for complex, multi-stakeholder brands

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive industry experience is a plus
