Senior Project Manager Delivery

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end solution delivery lifecycle for complex enterprise and institutional client engagements, from initial shaping through implementation and steady-state operations.
• Partner with clients and Commercial teams during pre-sales to define solution needs, delivery scope, success criteria, and operational expectations.
• Translate requirements into executable delivery plans, managing timelines, costs, dependencies, and risks.
• Plan and manage multi-workstream delivery programs, establishing project governance and reporting frameworks.
• Act as the senior delivery authority and escalation point, ensuring solution quality and client satisfaction.
• Drive dependency management across Engineering, Product, Integration, and external vendors to ensure coordinated execution.
• Lead operational readiness and transition to run, including testing coordination, go-live planning, and handover to support teams.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team to scale the delivery of financial services solutions.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in enterprise delivery leadership or program management within banking, fintech, or technology infrastructure.
• Proven success delivering large-scale, complex, multi-system solutions in regulated environments.
• Strong experience delivering solutions across banking, custody, payments, or capital markets.
• Deep understanding of solution delivery governance, risk control, and operational readiness.
• Familiarity with modern delivery environments, including cloud, hybrid deployments, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate confidently with senior leadership.
• Proficiency in Swiss German, German, and English is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering blockchain, digital asset, or crypto infrastructure projects in institutional environments.
• Exposure to core banking platforms such as Avaloq, Temenos, or Sopra.
• Background in managed services, consulting, or system integration organizations.
• PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or similar project management certifications.
• Proficiency in French or Italian.
