Senior Project Manager, Delivery

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end solution delivery lifecycle for complex enterprise and institutional client engagements.
• Partner with clients and Commercial teams during pre-sales to define solution needs, scope, and success criteria.
• Translate requirements into executable delivery plans, managing timelines, costs, dependencies, and risks.
• Plan and manage multi-workstream delivery programs, establishing governance and reporting frameworks.
• Act as the senior delivery authority and escalation point for assigned programs to ensure client satisfaction.
• Drive dependency management across Engineering, Product, Integration, and external vendors.
• Lead operational readiness and transition to steady-state, including testing coordination and go-live planning.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team to scale the delivery of financial services solutions.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in enterprise delivery leadership or program management within banking, fintech, or technology infrastructure.
• Proven success delivering large-scale, complex, multi-system solutions in regulated environments.
• Experience delivering solutions across banking, custody, payments, or capital markets.
• Strong familiarity with modern delivery environments, including cloud, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Fluency in English and German, with proficiency in Swiss German required.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering blockchain, digital asset, or crypto infrastructure projects.
• Exposure to core banking platforms such as Avaloq, Temenos, or Sopra.
• Background in managed services, consulting, or system integration organizations.
• PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or similar project management certifications.
• Proficiency in French or Italian.
