Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for complex client-facing and internal projects
• Support acquisition integration by assessing processes, tools, governance models, and financial controls
• Develop integration roadmaps, transition plans, RAID logs, and action trackers to migrate acquired teams into the enterprise PMO model
• Facilitate cross-functional integration workshops with engineering, finance, sales, and operations stakeholders
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resource utilization, and project financials to ensure alignment with profit targets
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing process changes, automation tools, and governance enhancements
• Mentor project managers and coordinators on PMO standards and best practices

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience managing complex IT infrastructure and enterprise technology projects
• Experience with cloud services, network modernization, and security initiatives
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations
• Strong financial acumen managing budgets, profitability, and resource utilization
• Proficiency in project scheduling and collaboration tools
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage ambiguity and bring structure to undefined situations

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification or currently in progress
• Experience in post-merger integration or business transformation
• Bachelor's degree
