Senior Project Manager - CSA (Data Centre)

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all CSA-related activities from design through construction and commissioning
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery
• Perform as the commission manager ensuring quality standards and efficient completion
• Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems
• Lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team
• Manage the change control process and project finances
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical challenges
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and international best practices
• Lead procurement and contract administration for CSA scopes
• Prepare formal project progress and management reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, architecture, or a related field
• 5-10 years of project management experience
• 3-5+ years in CSA coordination for large-scale infrastructure or data center projects preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with international standards and local building codes
• English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent certification
• Experience in the consulting realm
