Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as point-of-contact between the user community and the development team
• Analyse user requirements and produce software specifications for functional evolutions
• Identify data duplication and produce specifications for feature and data relocation
• Produce specifications and develop new online reports linked to the Fund Reporting Repository module
• Perform impact analysis of new instruction tools on existing modules
• Assess data quality and perform preliminary testing of developed reports
• Coordinate the implementation of tickets and features in releases with the IT owner
• Prepare, coordinate, and execute testing activities including non-regression tests
• Update data glossaries and user guides
• Produce project documentation including business cases, charters, and detailed requirements
• Assist in preparing conceptual data models and use cases for Middle Office solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• 7+ years of experience as a project manager
• Extensive knowledge of investment fund operations (share classes, NAV, industry actors)
• Sound knowledge of risk sharing instruments and information exchange processes
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
• Experience with defect tracking and ticketing tools
• Mastery of MS Office tools (Word, Visio, Excel, Access)
• Professional experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in a financial institution
• Experience in the development of end-user reports
• Knowledge of business analysis and modeling techniques (UML, ARIS, ERM)
• Proven experience in data migration projects
• Knowledge of project management principles (PMI, PRINCE2 preferred)
• Fluent in English; French is an advantage
