Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Manage project scope, schedule, resources, and risks to deliver quality outcomes on time and within budget
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and status reports
• Coordinate change management activities and implement mitigation strategies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize project delivery processes
• Define a solution-agnostic Group Target Operating Model and lead ERP tool selection
• Translate approved TOM into contractual business requirements and lead system integrator selection

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or a related field
• 8–10+ years of experience in large-scale transformation or ERP programmes
• Minimum 5 years of experience in programme management support (PMO)
• Experience establishing and operating programme governance structures (e.g. SteerCo)
• Experience supporting procurement and/or implementation phases of large programmes
• Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments involving business, IT, and vendors
• Experience with ERP programmes such as SAP or Oracle is a strong asset
• Strong analytical, structuring, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate in a structured and disciplined manner in complex environments
