Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project plans based on requirements for fixed-cost or progressive projects
• Manage scrum teams to ensure effective cooperation and collaboration
• Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Follow Agile methodologies by conducting daily and weekly meetings
• Review sprint outcomes and follow up on stakeholder demos
• Ensure efficient resource use and appropriate task division among team leaders
• Collaborate with business analysts to develop documentation and technical guides
• Promote company and project standards in all deliverables
• Prepare status reports and conduct regular project status meetings
• Communicate with other TPMs to ensure adherence to best practices

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience
• At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager
• Experience in the Fintech industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Delivery oriented with multi-tasking skills
• Strong communication, reporting, problem solving, and leadership skills
